Riviera del Sol has beautiful beaches where you can relax or enjoy water sports. The nearby beach features crystal-clear waters and a relaxed atmosphere. You’ll also find several beach bars and restaurants, where you can enjoy the fantastic views of the Mediterranean.
There are several amenities and activities within walking distance. You are just 1 minute away from the local restaurant Rocca Grill, and a 9-minute walk to several restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The Padel Club and Riviera Sport Club are only a 10-minute walk, and Max Beach Club with its saltwater pool, restaurant, and fitness area is a 15-minute walk away. Discover Villa Septiembre, a one-story villa with stunning sea views, just an 8-minute walk from Fuengirola beach. This beautiful villa has 3 bedrooms with 6 sleeping spaces and a large sofa bed in the living room, providing 2 additional spaces. There are 2.5 bathrooms, including an ensuite.
The kitchen is open, modern, and fully equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, refrigerator, and freezer – everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

The pool can be heated upon request. Relax on the large terraces and in the wonderful garden on the 800 m² plot. The villa is surrounded by an automatic gate and enclosed areas, ensuring privacy. The villa is equipped with an alarm for extra security.
The villa has a large rooftop terrace, which you can access from the outside via a staircase on the house. Up here, you’ll find a fantastic view of the beautiful sea, Fuengirola Castle, and the city. On the rooftop terrace, you will find new outdoor furniture, including a sofa set with a table and an outdoor kitchen with a sink. There is also a bar for cold drinks, champagne, and cocktails, which can be rolled around and placed wherever you wish.
There is also an extra room with access from the side of the house that contains a toilet and a washing machine – perfect for added comfort and convenience.
The Area:
The local Spanish restaurant, serving great food, is only a 5-minute walk from the villa. Miramar Shopping Center, with shops, restaurants, and a cinema, is about a 10-minute walk from the villa. In 10 minutes, you will reach the Fuengirola beach promenade, where you will find restaurants, shops, Tivoli, water activities, and much more.
Fuengirola offers plenty of experiences for the whole family. Visit the impressive Fuengirola Castle, dating back to the 10th century, with fantastic views of the city and coastline. You can also explore Bioparc Fuengirola, an award-winning zoo, or enjoy a walk along the beautiful beach promenade with a wealth of shops, cafes, and restaurants.
