The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms spread over 3 floors. The first floor features 3 bedrooms, two with single beds and two with double beds. The basement includes an additional bedroom with 2 single beds and a large sofa bed, providing extra accommodation. There are 4 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite.
The villa offers a private pool, an outdoor shower, and a large terrace with both sunbeds and comfortable lounge chairs, a dining area, and a sofa arrangement – perfect for relaxation and entertainment. There is also a large charcoal grill and equipment for enjoyable outdoor meals.
Indoors, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and a spacious living room with a dining area, sofa, sound system, and TV. For active guests, there is a basketball hoop and balls for fun competitions. The basement has a play area for children, books, games, PlayStation, as well as a desk, desktop computer, and printer – perfect for work or planning your daily adventures.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 people and offers private parking for 2-3 cars. It is also enclosed with an alarm system, providing additional security for the family.
