The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, a large living room with a dining area and cozy sofa, as well as a large smart TV for your entertainment. All rooms have air conditioning for your comfort, and the lovely terrace offers stunning views of the pool, sea, town, and mountains. You will have access to three refreshing pools surrounded by beautiful gardens, all within a secure, child-friendly complex. There is also a large parking space in the indoor garage for your convenience. Please note that pets are not allowed. Nearby, you’ll find a local grocery store, a fantastic Italian restaurant with delicious pizzas, and the luxurious La Zambra Resort with its renowned “Picador” restaurant and bar. For golf enthusiasts, Mijas Golf Club is nearby, and if you’re into sports, you can enjoy Padel at Klub Raqutas or visit the new fitness center. There are also several local restaurants in the area. The apartment is ideally located for exploring nearby areas. Fuengirola, with its lively beachfront, shopping, and dining options, is close by, while Mijas Pueblo, the charming white village on the hillside, offers narrow streets, traditional Andalusian architecture, and stunning views. Whether you want to relax by the pool, explore the area, or enjoy great food, this apartment offers everything you need for the perfect stay! Please note: - There will be 2 new single beds (90x200 cm) in the children’s rooms from June, as well as 1 extra fold-out bed available free of charge upon request. A total of 7 sleeping spaces. - The air conditioning system is approximately 20 years old, the same age as the building. It is a central unit controlled from the living room, cooling the entire apartment at once. While it cools as it should, it is not as powerful or energy-efficient as newer models. We kindly ask that the temperature not be set lower than 19°C. For additional comfort, we provide mobile fans in each room that can be moved around, and there is also the option for cross-ventilation throughout the apartment. 😊 We want to mention this so that there are no misunderstandings or complaints.
